Terms and Conditions of Usage and Bookings

APPLICABLE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions are applicable to all clients of Breffor Travel, referred to herein as 'the Company', who book travel arrangements and are designated as the principal contact on the confirmation invoice.

2. Client Obligations

As a client of the Company, identified on the booking confirmation invoice as the principal contact, you accept the responsibility to communicate these terms to all other parties included in your booking. The individual in whose name the booking is made is responsible for all payments related to the booking on behalf of all people named.  By booking through us, you accept these terms and conditions.

3. Payment Terms

The Company typically requires full payment for flights at the time of booking. If full payment is not demanded upfront, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking. Deposits secure your seat but do not guarantee fare prices, which may be subject to change. Prompt finalisation of payment is advised to lock in fares, as they can only be guaranteed once full payment is received. Failure to complete payment within the specified timeframe results in automatic cancellation, with applicable cancellation charges billed to you.

4. Amendments and Changes

Changes to your travel arrangements before ticket issuance can be accommodated, subject to an amendment fee, provided they are requested in writing. After ticket issuance, alterations may incur up to a 100% cancellation charge, though some tickets allow changes with applicable fees. It's crucial to book under the correct names, as alterations or corrections made post-booking may incur significant charges or be treated as cancellations.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations by the traveler must be made in writing and are subject to varying charges based on the timing of the cancellation. Refunds are not provided for unused services or early departures. In cases where an airline cancels a flight without offering an alternative, refunds for the flight portion will be issued according to the airline's policies, excluding administrative fees charged by the Company. Administrative fees are charged per passenger and are non-refundable and refunds from airlines or service providers may take up to 8–10 weeks to process.

6. Special Requests and Assistance

All special requests, including dietary needs or accessibility requirements, should be made at the time of booking. While the Company will endeavor to meet these requests, we cannot guarantee their fulfillment. If you require special assistance, such as wheelchair access, please make this known at the time of booking. Some services may necessitate medical certification to ensure travel eligibility.

7. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover potential travel disruptions, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen circumstances.

8. E-Tickets and Flight Reconfirmation

Electronic tickets will be emailed to you. It’s imperative to bring these documents, along with any other relevant travel documents, to the airport. Should you not receive your e-ticket within 72 hours of departure, contact us immediately. Flight reconfirmation with the airline is advised at least 72 hours before departure. Most airlines offer online check-in services 24 hours before the flight.

9. Liability and Changes by the Company

Breffor Travel reserves the right to make changes to flight schedules, routes, or carriers due to operational needs or external circumstances. Our liability in such instances is limited to our role as a booking agent. It is the client's responsibility to have valid travel documentation, including visas and health requirements, before departure.

10. Accommodation and Car Hire

Standards and ratings for accommodations may vary. For car hires, ensure eligibility and adherence to the destination country’s requirements, including possession of an international driver's license where required.

11. Additional Charges

Any new or increased charges imposed by UK or overseas governments, authorities, or other entities after booking are not covered by the company's price guarantee. This includes, but is not limited to, taxes, airport charges, and security fees.
